Mel’s bracelet has been through

I can’t remember anymore how long I’ve had my Mel’s bracelet.  Ever since I’ve had it, I’ve gotten nothing but compliments & that’s when I share the story.  I,myself, have not had breast cancer, but so many I know personally have. My mother-in-law, my sister-in-law, several friends & one friend in particular.  Worked with her for many years & even lived at her house for a few weeks. She was always happy even though a single mom & tough going. Then she found out she had breast cancer. We all rallied but too make a long story short, she died on my birthday. I consider it an honor, since I NEVER forget Carol. Her daughter, Tracy’s birthday is the next day & we stay in touch through Facebook. Mel’s bracelet has been through a lot since I got it, but if I don’t wear it, I feel like something is missing or someone. Rhonda
